Blue Sage Bundle

How to use

• Store your bundle in a dry, dark place with light airflow; sealed plastic invites mold
• Light the tip, let it catch, then blow out the flame so it smoulders rather than burns
• Rest the smouldering bundle on a fireproof dish, never directly on wood or fabric
• Keep smoke away from pets, infants, and anyone sensitive to strong plant smoke

Safety
Burn over a fireproof dish in a ventilated space. A good choice when sharing space with those sensitive to stronger sage smoke, though ventilation still matters.

Where it comes from

Blue Sage grows in the deserts and grasslands of the American Southwest, blooming in blue and lavender flowers that give it its name. It is not covered directly in our source library, so this entry draws on the broader tradition, where blue sage is favored for gentler cleansing, calming heavy moods, and drawing abundance, a kind cousin to the more intense white sage.
