No. All online orders are shipped.

What is your return policy?

Online orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags and in its original packaging, and you'll need your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we don't provide return labels.

Can I return something I bought in the store?

No. In-store purchases are final sale. If you have a question about a piece before you buy, our team is happy to help you choose in person.

How do I start a return?

Contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Where does your white sage come from?

Our sage bundles are harvested from private farms and harvesting partners in Southern California, taking only mature material, then hand-tied and sun-dried in California with no chemicals or pesticides used in growing. Read our full Sage Sourcing Promise.

Is your palo santo sustainably harvested?

Yes. Our palo santo (Bursera graveolens) comes from Peru and is collected only from naturally fallen branches and trees; no living trees are cut.

Do you offer readings, events or workshops?

Yes. We host intuitive readings for individuals and small groups, a weekly Sage Circle gathering, and workshops such as sound baths and intention-setting. What's currently scheduled is on our Events page.

Are your crystals natural?

Our stones are natural minerals unless we say otherwise; a few materials, such as opalite, are man-made and are described that way. Every tumbled stone is polished, and some materials are color-enhanced or stabilized because that is how those materials are prepared. In our practice that doesn't change how a stone is used. If you'd like to know how a particular piece was finished, ask us and we'll tell you.
