Why we opened

Sage Spirits began with a simple idea: a place where people could explore their spiritual path, find the right stone, and meet others on the same road. We opened on September 1, 2021, and five years on we serve customers across the country through sagespirits.com, with a showroom in Thousand Oaks for anyone who wants to hold a stone before choosing it.

Every crystal here is hand-selected. Our team isn't here just to ring you up — they'll guide, listen, and help you find what you're actually looking for, whether that's a first tumbled stone or a specimen for a collection.

How we source

Our sage and herbs come from long-standing private farms and harvesting partners in Southern California. Only mature plants are cut, no area is over-picked, and every bundle is hand-tied and sun-dried in California with no chemicals or pesticides.

Our palo santo is collected in Peru from naturally fallen wood — no living trees are cut.

Stones are natural unless we say otherwise. Opalite and similar are named as man-made, and we tell you when a stone has been polished, color-enhanced or stabilized.

Workshops, sound baths, breathwork, intuitive readings and our weekly Sage Circle are the heartbeat of the place. Most gatherings are small, and many fill quickly.
