As we move into a structured 5-day retail schedule, we’re hiring a grounded, reliable team member to strengthen the in-store experience—especially during our busiest days.

Position Overview

• Title: Sales & Spirit Guide – Retail Associate
• Type: Part-Time (18–22 hours/week)
• Schedule: Weekend availability required (rotating weekends possible)
• Shift Time: 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Start: As soon as possible
• Location: 1696 N. Moorpark Rd., Thousand Oaks, CA 91360
• Compensation: $18–$20 per hour (DOE) + employee discount

About the Role

This is a customer-facing, sales-focused position. You’ll be one of the primary team members holding the energy, flow, and organization of the retail floor.

• Welcome every guest with warmth, presence, and attentiveness.
• Guide customers in selecting crystals, jewelry, and meaningful gifts.
• Educate guests on product meaning, care, and intention (training provided).
• Maintain clean, visually aligned displays and keep the store organized.
• Restock and support basic merchandising refreshes.
• Operate Shopify POS confidently; wrap items and support smooth checkout.
• Support in-store events and high-traffic Sundays.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Note: We’re looking for someone who can manage a full shift independently when needed and stay calm during busy hours.

Ideal Candidate

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable engaging customers and initiating conversation.
• Genuine interest in crystals, metaphysical tools, or holistic wellness (we’ll teach the product stories).
• Reliable, punctual, and steady under pressure.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic technology.
• Available for rotating weekend shifts.
